10/11/2024 10:30 AM UPDATE:

Our team, families, office, and warehouse are all safe thankfully.

We are resuming normal operations orders today, and will ship all orders today. We are still awaiting on updates from UPS / FedEx regarding pickups of order but will do our best to get everything picked up today.

10/08/2024 3:00 PM UPDATE:

Our offices will be temporarily closing at 5pm EST on Tuesday, October 8th.

We will be closed all day on Wednesday, October 9th & Thursday, October 10th.

All orders placed during this time will ship out on Friday, October 10th, 2024 after the hurricane has passed.

Please allow 24-48hrs for callbacks and email responses, which will depend on potential power outages and internet availability.

10/08/2024 10:00 AM UPDATE:

As of 10am EST on Tuesday, October 8th, we are still planning on shipping all orders placed today.

We are still planning on closing on Wednesday, October 9th, however, if the hurricane landfall is further delayed, we may open provisionally on Wednesday, if UPS is able to pick up orders.

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be advised our offices/shipping services may be impacted based on the evolution of Hurricane Milton as it heads towards Florida.

Please see the planned scheduled below, as of Tuesday, October 8th, 2024:

Tuesday, October 8th, 2024 - Closed by 5pm EST
Wednesday, October 9th, 2024 - Closed
Thursday, October 10th, 2024 - To Be Determined
Friday, October 11th, 2024 - To Be Determined

All orders placed during those dates will be expected to ship no later than Monday, October 14th, 2024. Please note due to both Hurricanes Helene and Milton, there may be multiple delays across any orders shipping within the East Coast.
